27/3/19 Day 86 Too bad still got inflammation


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:20 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning -  Knee inflammation
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - On the dot
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Can't do it 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had some rice but still within range
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 2:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.


Damn, my mood is fantastic but my knee is like a stilt.
