Then for desert I had Kiuh Keria, A molasses glazed mashed sweet potato:
I had 4 mouthful sized of these delights.
Upon coming back I had banana and 3-in-1 coffee, There goes my keto diet for the day.
Basically the whole month of March is about carbs. April is back to 16/8 LCHF. It has to be if I am serious about hitting the 70s.
