We certainly need Paradigm Shifters to start with. These are the people who embrace change. My first criteria is they must be Smarties. That is the prerequisite of an Alpha.
Second, they are thought leaders. People who has the ability to influence others.
Third, they are bias for action. These are people who don't simply accept status quo. They know that by remaining at one spot, they are actually moving backward.
Hence, these people are purpose driven. Money is not a prime motivator. To them money is an enabler.
