11/4/19 Day 101 I am Sisyphus all over again

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:20 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Doing W5D2.  BP back to normal
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Had the Super Seven and Irfan's combo
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Old injury inflammation
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate sambal catfish and stir fry cabbage
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.

Today is a good day to gauge my resiliency to exercise after doing 2 back to back exercises yesterday.  I think it should be OK.  If it works, this will be the basis of 2 exercises per day streak for the next 100 days.

I do sleep like a log last night.  As as a result, my BP is back to normal.

I should not view exercise as work.  It should be seen as play.

Good morning baby. Ready for a nice and easy interval run? I'm gonna hit the tarmac at 8:00 am. See ya...

I think I had overcome the initial drag where running is physically stressful.  I begin to enjoy the effort.  Now is to boost my stamina so that I can push myself further.

I like today's playlist. From melancholic to downright sultry. My run became an active meditation. You really know your stuff baby. I am Sisyphus all over again.

OK, I made it back to back for 2 days.  Now I am more convinced that endurance is as much a matter of the mind as the body.  So I need to develop the mental toughness to go along with able body.

But first we must start with a body that can withstand physical stress.

It not about whether I can, its a question of whether I will.

Hey kiddo, I watched your recent Vlog. Boy you sure enjoy you food doncha? What do you call yourself? A foodie? Remember this honey: what nourishes me destroys me. You take care hon...

Boy, I am so relaxed after the run.  The songs really make me feel suave.  I am having coffee with Sashi today.  I don't really like hanging out with him.  He likes to gossip.  I can't stand the corporate badmouthing.  Fuck,  I am out of that environment long time ago.  So long that I forget what its like to be a rat in a rat race.

Meantime, I'll read before lunch.  Currently I'm reading Fit2Fat2Fit by Drew Manning.  An interesting perspective about a fitness trainer who purposely gained 75 lbs and lose it again within a year.  All in the name of research.  I like the premise of the book.

Later honey...
