Sarah, let's spend some time talking about reality.

As I said before reality and truth are 2 different things.

To me reality is what you perceive as truth.  There is no truth beyond mathematics and thus reality as we know it doesn't exist.  What we have is a set of values that we accepted as truth in order for us to be successful operating within a paradigm.

Let's understand what is a paradigm:

In science and philosophy, a paradigm is a distinct set of concepts or thought patterns, including theories, research methods, postulates, and standards for what constitutes legitimate contributions to a field.

Unless you only deal with numbers, the rest are in my limited choice of words, opinions.  We have opinions [] science as well as other fields.  Religions are full of opinion[] in my opinion LOL.  Opinions are normally shaped by beliefs.

Therefore if you slice and dice beliefs, they are not truths.

Fortunately math alone doesn't shape our beliefs.  However math is a tool to validate them.  Where there is no math can be found, we depends on models.

I only use math to validate the Niners.  Other than that I use plenty of models:

• Al Araf 7:7
• Sparta 4964
• The Troca Shell
• Sailbad the Sinner
• The White Space
• The Adjoining Croissant

I'm sure if I am a mathematicians, I will support all these with numbers.  However that is not how epiphanies are revealed.  Hence I have to accept the fruits without studying the roots.

Nothing is real Sarah, not even those actors you see in the cinema.  Not even the voice you hear in your phone.  Let alone the value of your money and the thoughts you have about people around you.  They are just realities altered by perceptions.  In a different paradigm they can be an outright false association.

Therefore the rightness of your reality is shaped by your beliefs.  That is why I make sure I have a broad belief system; ranging from mathematics, science, philosophy, religion, mysticism, psychology all the way to general knowledge.  That is because I cannot depend on one body of knowledge alone.

I need wisdom.  Unfortunately I am mentally ill.  My judgement is effected and so is my wisdom.  In the final analysis I ended not believing in anything until I cross the bridge.

In the mean time I still savor the fruits knowing that I cannot be that far off from the Ultimate Truth.

In the final analysis, life is what you make out of it.

Shucks...  It's already 11:00 pm.  As promised I got to sleep early if I want to be a serious Athlete4Life.
