Hi baby, this morning the weather is slightly cloudy. I must complete W4D3 no matter what. I am lagging behind.
Last *[k]night before bed my discussion was mainly with Thor and the S Dragon. Basically Thor is saying that I am at the peak of my revelation. Therefore I should not let go of what I got now. I said OK.

Aaah... Once I hit the tarmac, I am in the Zone. It's not that hot although I started at 8.45 am. I still cannot run fast. I can do it but I'll be out of breath towards the end of the lap. Which means my heart is still weak.
Hence, I just take it easy while slowly nudging myself.
