8/4/19 Day 98 Weight had increased


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:20 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - I slept after breakfast
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Had carbs for breakfast
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Rained in the afternoon
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had salmon and veges together with the Super Seven.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.


Had a good lunch today.  Then went for coconut.  Smoked 1/2 a cigarette.  I lost the desire for it.

Let me tell you something.  I actually don't give a hoot about what happens to me after I'm dead.  As far as I'm concern I will be OK.  My thinking is, if my life is OK, then my afterlife should be OK too.

I don't want to go through the rationalization again.  Either you take my words for it or not.
