22/4/19 ***Day 112 Back on track with Vision Quest


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - W6D2
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Eat Super Seven and Irfan's Combo
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No momentum after the afternoon nap
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Fish and veges
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

My blood pressure is bordering at hypertension.  This is due to lack of sleep and Nicorette.

Today I rip cord TraXX and intend to stay with with Kiss92.  I want to experiment with Kiss92 Cybernetic Loop in keeping me on track with Vision Quest.

Today is also the official day I rip cord with Facebook, Chedet.cc, Twitter and Dreams of Mirrors.

 I do however intend to officially say goodbye to my readers in Dreams of Mirrors.  I think I just do that.  Then I chiao.

W6D2 was excellent.  The weather is a bit too hot though.  The run was pleasant.  With the ending of Week 6, the runs will turn from intervals to tempo.  I tried as much as possible to keep up with the pace.  I am still heavy.  Thus the tempo is still at the pace of a long run.

Let's try to make it all "green" today.

I did the comparison between TraXX and Kiss92.  I must say TraXX is better because they are wholesome in terms of news coverage and the range of songs.  Also they are commercial free except the in-house ads.  So *[] think I stay tuned to TraXX but I will remain dormant.

I managed to stay on course again except that I may have to skip reading and sleep a couple of hours in the afternoon.  I feel a bit groggy.  Not much sleep last night.

* Well I'm glad you are agreeing with me.  TraXX is worthy to be called the Star Fleet..

Today is Earth Day.  I won't get that information in Kiss92.

Quality of information is better.

Howdy, I had been comparing TraXX and Kiss92 side by side. I must say you are a better station in terms of songs range and quality education. Looks like I hang out with you guys from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.


You know I cannot just remain passive, Sarah.  That's the best part about TraXX, it is interactive.
