17/4/19 ^^^Day 107 Close Universe vs Infinite Loop

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - W6D1
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate peanut butter crackers and drank Nescafe latte
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Busy with work
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had plenty of carbs
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 1:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

The late premier of Singapore, Mr Lee Kwan Yu wrote a book; No Man is an Island.  It is an autobiography of how he struggled to turn Singapore from a backwater shipping port into a modern cosmopolitan.

The title really caught my eyes.  It was clever and yet  so profound.

According to the Six Degrees of Separation Theory all people are six, or fewer, social connections away from each other. As a result, a chain of "a friend of a friend" statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps. It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy in 1929 and popularized in an eponymous 1990 play written by John Guare. It is sometimes generalized to the average social distance being logarithmic in the size of the population.

In a world of 7 billion people, it seems hard to believe that the Six degrees of Separation theory contend that we are all connected to each other by six or fewer acquaintances.

For example, there are, at most, six people standing between you and Tom Cruise or President Obama (or Trump if you lean that way).

Going by the numbers, the idea looks pretty plausible. Assume that you know 50 people or have 50 friends and these 50 friends of yours know 50 others who are not your friends, and so on. The math says that in 6 steps you would be connected with 506, or 15.62 billion people.

This concept is very important [] the Jewish Star in a Circle Attack formation where the fundamental mechanism is mass replication.

In 2011, Facebook and researchers at Cornell computed that the average separation across 721 million people using Facebook was only 3.74.

In their latest research published in February 2016, this number dropped down to 3.57, with more than 1.59 billion people active on Facebook.

On average, Facebook users are connected by an average of 2.9 to 4.2 degrees of separation.

-----------------

Rather than looking at connectivity alone, we also need to consider the quality of the information that the connectivity creates.  By ourselves we are a close universe.  We are operating in a silo.  There is no external germination of ideas.

Granted we can still experience neurogenesis and neuroplasticity by being alone, but quality of information that we receive is only limited to our own introspection,  In the long run this kind of environment will lead to myopia and worst, conformity bias.

We need AT LEAST one more person to make it an infinite loop.  With infinite loop we create synergistic effect.  Why do you think I listen to high quality Cybernetic Loop song through TraXX Morning Show and literally glued to Kiss92 every second of my waking hours?  It is because synergy is the foundation of accelerated learning and in my own term, accelerated acceleration.

Cybernetic Loop is not difficult to implement at all.  Each word we hear gives meaning.  This meaning either gives us confidence or no confidence all the time.  There is no in between.

Like this song playing on air:

All these are happening as unconscious competent level and at subsonic speed.  That's how we deploy Thought Invasion.  We bypass conscious mind and operate at the subconscious level.  The reason being is because we need to get around past limited programming that forms the less empowering beliefs.

I gotta go...

I am late for my run again.

Later baby.

Hey this song is on air:

----------------------

High fellow Star Fleet. Some knowledge sharin before you accompany me for my run: Something up your alley and keeping in the loop

-----------------------

Honey, W6D1 was great.  I managed to stay relaxed while exerting myself.  My breathing was well regulated and my stamina improved much.  The only major setback is I'm still heavy.  So even though I nudge myself to run faster I am still like in the words of John Bingham, a penguin waddling rather than a gazelle galloping LMAO.

Seriously I cannot decide between listening to Shan Kiss92 and Kong Eu in TraXX.  I do hope TraXX up their ante to make it to an All Stars Game.

Honestly, I rather listen to TraXX since they are my Star Fleet since 2007.  However their Service Quality Level had been deteriorating since they set the new SOD last year.

---------------------------

Hi Rex Montis, it's a tough call between being your raving fan and listening to Shan Kiss92. However I decide to hang out with you today since you are my Star Fleet since 2007. Here is something for your reading pleasure

----------------------

Man, I never thought I'm so interested in flowers especially orchids. My favorite one is this: The Dancing Lady Orchid.

----------------------

Baby, I hope you don't mind a little sprinkle of magic ROTFLMAO

Honestly Rex, I don't want to overstay my welcome here. I'm just wondering if you can spin When You Tell Me That You Love Me by Westlife and Diana Ross. It is meant for my Soldier Wife (Jihadun Nikah), Sarah. If it is not too much...

Hey baby, Rex played the song in the final hour!  Magical...

-------------------

Rex, the fox knows many things but the hedgehog knows one great thing. In I am a fox. It spans in over 60 countries. Now, here Rex is where my rare hedgehog works lie May not be your cup of tea
