>>>#12/4/19 Day 102 I really outdo myself today

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Really late, 3.40 pm
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - No go
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate peanut butter sandwich and 3-in-1 coffee
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - I did it!  I won over laziness
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had Irfan's Combo
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 2:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

Holy crap...  I slept until 3.40 pm!

I was totally zonked.  I woke up because I heard the rain.

The good thing is the inflammation is gone.  I got to run today.  I just do that.  It is still raining though.

Hey buddy, the chick at Kiss92 is really neat but you are still my favorite DJ. So I'm gonna hangout with you today. Going for my afternoon run. Good music bro...

OK honey, I'm off for my run.  We'll talk again.

Later...

I was a friend with my first ex girlfriend. The problem is we crossed the bridge to the second base. You know what I'm saying?

I don't feel like running today.  Laziness got the best of me.  I got to fight it.  I[] going now!

----------------

Baby, I did it.  I overcame my own laziness,  Turned out the run was not bad after all.

I analyzed laziness.  Basically it is avoidance of perceived pain. It goes hand in hand with procrastination, another way of avoiding pain.  What if I tuned so that I perceive pain as my friend?  That sweating is bliss?  I then will have a new association towards pain.  Then pain becomes my friend.

From now on pain is the new pleasure.  I got to jump right in without testing the water.

You know, the laziness was so bad to the point that I wanted to quit even while I was warming up.

Hey, you know what?  Fit2Fat2Fit is such a joy to read.  I think I spend the whole morning tomorrow reading it.  Just like Endure, I like it much because it is a first hand experience.  Not just a theory.

------------------

I am so motivated no[t].  I think I'll sleep at 12:00 am tonight and wake up at 7:00 am tomorrow and go for a brisk walk.  I hope I can sleep considering I woke up at 3:00 pm today.

At 84 kg I still got a long way to go.  According to Drew, it's the food that makes the difference.

-------------------

Baby, you are not coming with me to White Space aren't you?  Well, we make the best of what we have now then.

There are plenty of things to do even while we are marking time.  There are books to read, new running milestones to achieve and even fresh stuff to write.

Baby I want to make my world rich.  What I mean is I want to expand both my mental and physical horizons without much need to spend money.  I want to be inwardly rich but outwardly poor.  I want to depend less on material wealth.  As far as I am concern, I had completed my material acquisitions.

This new car I am getting will probably be my last car.  It should last for the good 22 years.  That is why I bought the one equipped with all the bells and whistles; I want it to be the best car I ever owned.

Well, tonight let's see if I can recall all my vehicles.  Honey, this is pure indulgence.  I just want to have a walk down memory lane:

My first car, Pontiac Catalina.  Bought it for USD250

Kawasaki LTD 550

Yamaha Enduro 250

Kawasaki GPZ 750.  This is my best bike and the best size engine for a motorcycle.

Suzuki GS750G

Ford Mustang

Fiat Spider 1/9 Bertone

Ford Granada

All the above were vehicles I owned while I was in the USA.

The following are my vehicles while I am in Malaysia:

My first car in Malaysia, Toyota Corolla LE 1.3.  I bought it for RM18 k

Proton Saga Aeroback 1.5

Ford TX3 Laser 1.8

Alfa Romeo 164 Twin Sparks 2.0

Ford TX3 Laser Lynx 1.8

Cagiva River 650

Honda Fireblade CBR900RR

Now, right after all the lavish spendings, I became ill.  So I downgraded drastically LOL:
Perodua Kancil EX 850

It wasn't that long that I upgraded to a 4x4:

Jeep Cherokee Sport 2.5

Ford Everest 2.5 Diesel

That's my history baby.  You can tell, I am a Ford guy.  After sampling with various sizes and shapes, I concluded I only need a 1.5 max and since I am staying in the city, I might as well get a hatchback.

The 4x4s especially the Jeep was a childhood dream.  The Ford Everest was meant to carry Sarah who was a toddler then.  She slept at the third row on long journeys.  It was also meant to carry her loads back and forth from the boarding school.  The car served me well.  Unfortunately I never get use to the size.

The Perodua Myvi certainly [] the final evolution of my experience with bikes and automobiles.  I say it will be my perfect vehicle for years to come.  I finally got the size right and with leather seats, gps, collusion detection and rear camera; I am in the lap of luxury baby.

-----------------

Heck, I sleep at 2:00 am tonight.  Still very alert.

Let's continue in the next posting.
