I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:30 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Stayed in reminiscing philosophy
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Normal feed
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No mood
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Normal
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.
I am so excited waking up this morning. I finally set my own Path instead of simply flowing with the flow. Well I'm still flowing but this time I am flowing with oars in my hands.
No need to be concern with others and just focus on being autonomous.
In another words STOP BEING A SALESMAN start thinking like a GAMESMAN.
I don't need to convince others about who I am. I just need to convince myself.
Where I'm going I don't need people.
Stay on the Path.
Nothing matters than the 3 goals.
The real freedom is to be free from being free. That means once you are out of the system stay out of it.
