By the way, you know the family and I are pretty frugal lot. We buy quality but we are professional bargain hunters. What I mean is we scour the landscape and only go for the value for money deals. As for the word pro fest, pro means before and fest is as assembly of people for a common activity. So as professionals, we do prepare beforehand ESPECIALLY when we eat out.
Tonight is the once a month special family night out. This is what we got for ourselves:
It only costs RM11 for the dory and RM10 for the catfish. Lizzie and I had the dory while the kids had the catfish. Normally it is RM18.99 per plate. Mopey ordered a glass of free refill ice tea and I ordered ice water. We then share the drinks. Seriously Sarah, ice tea is RM4.50 per glass!
This is what the Chinese call kiam siap, Hokkien dialect means stingy and mean ROTFLMAO.
