I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:40 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - W6D3
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate Super Combo and drank 3-in-1 coffee
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Not in the mood
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had Super Seven and Irfan's Combo
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.
W6D3 is about tempo and sprint. That will be an interesting challenge for me.
Feeling a bit perky this morning with this song:
Last night was a good sleep. I feel much lighter today.
The weather is sticky hot. This song comes to mind as I write:
It is another Niten Ichi song. I don't feel like playing with my two swords. Actually the bokkens are slightly heavy since they are katanas. I should get two wakizashis. I only got one wakizashi. Nowadays, instead of using the swords I use the empty hands moves; a combination of karate, aikido and taichi. I still envisioned the swords in my mind.
I no longer use the triple nunchaku to execute my Spinmaster and the 8 Swordsmen like 1:56 minutes of this video clip:
During the Gyro Horology move, I now had advanced my move to a topsyturvy like [like] a gyroscope with free flow direction skewed clockwise while the 8 Spinmasters still spinning counter clockwise while staying grounded:
That is already a complex move. To get the 8 Spinmasters to go topsyturvy will be pretty awesome. I tried but it is pretty chaotic. I can do it but I cannot find the justification for them to do that. After all they are many and their target is me. In my case however, I need to fend against 8 of them. The Spinmasters are using the triple nunchakus.
Soon I got to apply the Principle of Uncertainty to the Gyro Horology. By then the 8 Spinmasters will become gyroscope themselves. By then there won't be two swords but rather the use of the Empty Hands Technique. I am not ready to let go of the two swords yet. That's because I need a certain range between me and the 8 Spinmasters. Otherwise with me and 8 of them, the Gyro Horology will get pretty crowded and chaotic.
I am not shutting out the idea. Still toying with the possibilities. I just put the idea at the backseat for a while. As I said, it is pretty complex. Oh my gosh, I cannot get it out of my head, LOL. I need to scramble the patterns. Otherwise I might *[be] get into an infinite loop:
* Yes baby, it's a messy deal [] might go cuckoo trying to execute it LMAO. Huuuuh go away, go away. I don't want to be like John Nash trying to solve a complex math problem. OK I'll bury the idea for a while. Let me put it in my little black box of radical ideas:
Aaahh... That's better...
---------------
OK I am off for my run.
My head is still a little tipsy...
-------------
While running I keep practicing the Gyro Horology move. I think I stick with that. I am not ready to apply the Principle of Uncertainty. My moves were not tight enough. I keep losing focus of the big picture; which is in total 8 Gyroscopes. To complex to visualize.
Remember I said? What I can imagine I can do? Well this I still cannot imagine. It takes practice. Can you do it baby?
Anyway, dealing with uncertainty is not my strength. I am a pattern seeking animal. That is why I have high sensory acuity and I am inclined towards patternicity.

@KongEu3 @traxxfmofficial #traxxfm Morning Rex, I had my morning run just now, hot and sticky. Been training for my 2020 Marathon. I will take the Sacred Flint and the Stone of Hope together with my prayer for all humans to enter heaven https://sharudinjamal.blogspot.com/2016/09/the-7-tribes.html …
I still communicate with Rex so that I can compose my thoughts.
It is a form of reinforcement. That pushed me to be more committed to my cause.
