- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 7:20 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Lost to peanut butter and Nutella
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate rice and drank 3-in-1 coffee
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Went for a drive instead
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had Chicken Rojak
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 1:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.
There, it's final. No big deal. I got nothing to lose.
I decided, whoever reading this blog page by page must be a fan. Otherwise, most people just read a few pages and move on.
If my biggest fear is being judged, then I got to face it by going public. Nothing to it really.
Two things that might cause a ripple are my declaration that I am God and my views on Mr KePala ButUH. That I can use my get out of jail for free card. I am a Bipolar patient.
Well, bless this illness. For the past 20 years I am as free as a bird because of it LOL.

I didn't run. I had a peanut butter and a Nutella sandwich instead. My weight had increased by 2 kg this week. The carbs are creeping in again.
Hey Sarah, instead of spending time talking about the idea of God, let's focus on being God; that is a man fully functioning.
Certainly I am slipping back to being a sloth. I didn't eat right and I didn't exercise for the past 2 days. The main issue is I didn't sleep right. The rest, exercise and diet fell like domino.
I think I better read Fit2Fat2Fit today. I need to establish the right frame of mind. If you notice the week flies really fast. Today is already Saturday and I still procrastinating my W7D2.
