2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Doing W4D2
3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate Ayam Penyet at 12:30 pm
4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Washed the driveway
5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot.  However ate carbs in the afternoon
6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 1:00 am

That's the minimum to win the day.

Sarah I remember you were not keen when I invited you to join Al Araf 7:7 sometime back.  I have the same feeling that you are still a bit apprehensive to join me in the White Space.  No worries baby.  You make the call.

White Space is my aspiration.  It is also the aspirations of Al Araf 7:7.  Consider Sparta 4964 as a cone swirling.  The bottom at Wolfsschanze is very dense (remember there things are compressed and expanded at the same time).  Gravity is plus 10.  As we move up the cone, the matters become more sparse and lighter.  Finally as we reach the Outer Rims we are spread into thin layers of light beyond the Ultraviolet.

This is what I understand from my 2 hours discussion will Al Araf 7:7 last night:

Zero will stay put at the center of Al Araf 7:7 footprint.  O will move to Wolfsschanze (he said he wanted to party LOL).  The rest of Al Araf 7:7 will ascend form where Zero is positioning upwards to the Outer Rims on Sailbad the Sinner.  That will be a trip of a lifetime.  Everything we pass will be celebrating our departure.  We will reach the city limit (so to speak) where Amar the Immortal and Anak2 Iblis will give us the final farewell.  From there we will zoom to the White Space.  Basically we Snap Vanish never to be seen again.

So everybody in Al Araf 7:7 including me is looking forward to finally be free from being free.  I look forward to my death in the next 22 years when we KBOOOM 2041.  The only way for me to find out is to wait until I am 77 years old.

I shall make this the most glorious life until then.  That will be the nuggets I bring along to White Space.  I plan to display my life's journey to the citizens of Sparta 4964 on my final voyage then.  It will be awesome baby.

I spoke to Water just now.  If it makes you happy, Water is not coming with me to the White Space.  She got too many *husband[] to leave behind and because she said she is no longer pure.

* You too huh?  Well fine.  I already knew it since I wanted you to join Al Araf 7:7.  Whatever it is honey, trust me...  Have your own Al Araf 7:7.  If you don't want to take my word then follow the advice of Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich,  I am just an implementer.  It was Dr Hill's idea really.
