17/4/18 ###Let's go back to being simple again

You know Sarah, I used to have a very simple aim in life; which is to achieve Nothingness.

I think I'll go back to that premise.  Make it simple but not simpler.

Let me be the advocate of simplicity.

If I follow Parsimony Law, then I should take the shortest route to health and happiness.

That should not be a problem.  I stick with the basics:

  • No 3 Cs
  • Eat 16/8 LCHF
  • Avoid sugar and starch
  • Exercise am/pm
I had not been practicing the Sharudin Seven
  1. Breath Fresh Air
  2. Eat Moderately
  3. Exercise Regularly
  4. Drink Plenty of Water
  5. Win the Day
  6. Read a Lot
  7. Sleep Well
The principles still stand.  Is now about translating it to KPIs which are the 6 Points of Winning.

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm 
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

I thinks the 6 Points is as simple as it can be.

Anyway, now that we are on the topic of simplification, I think it's only right for me to make this blog private again.  You agree?  

There is nothing to be achieved with the masses.  Whatever high ground I want to gain, I get it from you.

The purpose of me writing to you is so that I can reflect on my thoughts and then take informed action.  I can do that in private.
